CMS selects 73 Providers at 14 St. Elizabeth Physicians Practices for CPCI

Congrads Dr. Zook — appointed to Kentucky Medicaid P&T Advisory Committee

Dr. Melissa Zook, KAFP’s Secretary, received official notice that she has been appointed to the Kentucky Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee.  The Committee makes recommendation to the Cabinet on prescription drugs to be added or deleted from the preferred drug list.  For more info — click on this web link —
